Hi, I’m Stephanie.
A class teacher for over 20 years I have experience in teaching Foundation Stage through to Year 2. My area of expertise is phonics, I provide bespoke training in pre-phonics skills, Early Years reading and writing, enabling environments, phonics and spelling through to Year 7, take a look at my training page for more information.
My current role as a Teaching and Learning Consultant is varied and includes supporting and training EY practitioners, teaching assistants, class teachers, NQT’s, subject leaders and senior leaders to raise outcomes for all children in schools and nurseries.
Being a Teaching and Learning Consultant I am able share my experience and use it to support practitioners and teachers from early years to KS2. I achieve this through in-class support, modelling lessons and providing support with teaching, planning and ongoing assessment and feedback to children. I use a coaching and mentoring model when in the setting or classroom.
